I found a cookie jar and an old 1948 miniature Mother's Day red pitcher. The cookie jar has a mark on the bottom that says 'lsns co.' and is in fair to good condition with no cracks or chips, but faded paint. It is a black mammy with blue trim. What is the value of these items?

I have a painting that appears to be an older version of 'Flower Carrier' by Diego Rivera. The painting is on Masonite board, has weathered and vibrant colors, and includes cracks.
