I got this plate in a lot of dishes and I cannot begin to know where to look for it. It measures about 10 inches in diameter, has an open work edge which is about 2" wide, and features two women with wings in the foreground and two cherubic images in the background. The women are sitting on a branch. Can you tell me about this plate, such as its maker, type or pattern, and its value?

I have two Japanese dolls given to my family in 1962 by my uncle who was in Asia during that time. They appear to have porcelain faces and are housed in glass cases on a table built specifically for them in 1962. I cannot find any signatures on them.
