I have some old books my mother used in high school and would like to know if they are of value. The books are: Tales of a Wayside Inn by Longfellow (1924), Julius Caesar by Shakespeare (1921), Silas Marner by George Eliot (1925), Macbeth by Shakespeare (1926), Idylls of the King by Tennyson (1927), and Harbor Lights of Home by Edgar Guest (1928). If they are of value, what are the current retail values and how can I sell them?

I am trying to find an estimate value of a grandfather's clock I have. I have a Thomas + Hoadley Tall Case grandfather's clock from the early 1800's, the face has the USS Constitution and the Guerrier. The clock is from the attic of the Chicago Stockyards.

Hi Glenda. I have a COCO CHANEL BOX that appears to be a perfume storage/gift box. It still smells of perfume, has two levels, and is lined with gold-colored voile. It measures approximately 11.5" square x 5" deep, with one corner slightly damaged and some gold foil needing gluing. Can you give me an age/value for it, please?

I was given an oil painting signed F Claver. I can find a French and a Spanish painter with that signature. The painting is a winter barn scene. Who is the painter, when was it likely done, and what is the estimated value? I can upload pictures to help.

I purchased 4 Tell City acorn back dining room chairs at a garage sale. The wood finish is knicked up, and the seat cushions are old and worn, but they are still solid and in working order. I am considering refinishing or recovering them. Can you tell me anything about the worth of these chairs and if it would hurt the value to refinish/recover them?
