How do I show pictures for an estimate, and can anyone give me an idea of what my antique items from China, which are over 50 years old and in perfect condition, may be worth?

I have an oval-shaped silver/silver-plated bowl marked with Reed & Barton 218 Design. It has a coat of arms (family crest) engraved into the bowl, horseshoes as legs, and what looks like Spanish conquistadors' heads and helmets around the bowl edge. The bowl also has a figure of a dog, similar to a wolfhound, seated under it on the base. The coat of arms features two birds on either side of a display of flowers. The bowl is in fair to good condition, with some markings rubbed and hard to read. The patent date is Jan 12, 1869. What is the age and value of this item?

I have 1988, 2016 Holiday Barbie dolls, 25th, 35th, 50th & Millennium Barbie dolls, and some Hallmark ornaments, all still in their original boxes and in like-new condition. I am selling them to help pay for college tuition. Is there a marking on the doll's neck or foot that could help with their appraisal? Is there anything else the Antiques Appraiser should know?
