I have two original oil paintings framed under glass, signed by A. Shokoor. The frames measure 15.75” wide and 19.25” high, and the paintings themselves measure 9.75” wide and 13.5” high. I’m curious about their resale value. Can you help?

This is a small teapot in a padded fabric box. The pot with handle is about 5 1/2” tall. The clay has a purple cast to the reddish brown. I can’t tell which position is “up” on the bottom signature. The surface is smooth and has no speckles of white or black. Can you tell me more?

I have a small baby doll made by Hill View Lane with three faces on the head. It has a stamp on top of its head indicating it was made in 1994. The doll is in pretty good condition, except for a slightly dirty christening dress. Is this doll worth anything, and where can I sell it?
