My mother bought a heavily carved oak cabinet set on an oak stand with 4 ball legs, purchased right after WW II from a castle on the Rhine in Germany. It is highly carved with two nude women on each side, about six feet high, thirty inches wide, with one door in the center which locks. We have been told it is circa 1500-1600s, Flemish or German, with a bearded man's face carved at the top center. My brother wants to sell it for $7000, and I want to know if it's worth that much.

She is 12 inches tall, wearing a wine beret, wine-colored half-length jacket with white lace edging, a green, maroon, yellow, and tan jumper with a matching purse with a white ribbon, maroon shoes with black laces, long curly blonde hair, and blue eyes. I have a collection of animal figurines, including a mother cat with kittens, a boxer, and a Cocker spaniel (or poodle). They are stamped 'Japan' on the bottom. I'm curious if these pieces are mid-century or earlier (as my mother had the cats given to her before the 50s) and what they are worth.
