I inherited an antique coffee cup and saucer that I want to get information about. It is said to be china from the White House, but I can't find any past White House china that looks like it. On the bottom are the maker's marks (3 X's in the form of a pyramid). The color is dark blue with a gold leaf design. The cup has the raised face of George Washington on one side and Benjamin Franklin on the other side. In between the two faces is the American eagle holding arrows and an olive branch. Above the eagle is a ribbon with: E PLURIBUS UNUM. The cup has 3 feet on the bottom of it. What is the origin and value of this cup and saucer?
