I need a number for customer service. I made a purchase on 4/11 for $172.04 and eBay shows it as pending payment, while PayPal and my card show it as paid. The seller can't send the mailing while the transaction is payment pending.

I have a large prayer rug that I acquired from a friend who lived overseas many years ago. I’m trying to determine how to have it valued/authenticated. The rug has a tear in the lower bottom part and another tiny tear, but the colors are deep and it’s in fairly good condition. I am located just North of Orlando, FL. What should I do to gather information about this rug and have it valued?

I have a set of cufflinks that I believe are Art Nouveau in design and made of 14K gold. They are not marked, but a jeweler confirmed their gold content. One has been resealed on the back. Can you appraise them, date them, and tell me if the resealing practice was related to remembering deceased children?
