I need help identifying a pair of antique chairs I inherited. The chairs have intricately carved backs, claw feet, are very wide, and are upholstered. The condition is worn, but there is no maker's mark or serial number, and I don't know how old they are.

I have a full set of my grandmother's china, a service for 12 with several serving pieces. The pattern is Noritake Nippon, the Alias, and in the center of the ID is a wreath with the letter M in the center. Can you please tell me about it and its value? The china is over 100 years old and in excellent condition, except for a tiny chip on the edge of two pieces, the gravy boat and one of the meat platters.
