We have a Roy Vickers printers proof from 2/5/75 titled "Eagle With Chinook Salmon" with his signature. The proof is framed under glass and looks pristine. A stamp on the back reads "Pacific Editions Limited, Victoria, B.C.". The frame size is 19"x26" and the print size is 14"x20". I was unable to find any information online, including on Vickers' website. What is the fair market value of this artwork and is there anything else the appraiser should know?
