How can I determine the value / appraisal of a painting by B. Cook from 1886? The painting is oil on canvas, measures 34" wide x 23" tall, is in an antique wooden frame, and is covered by glass. It depicts a farm house with a man holding the reigns of 3 horses, a cart with two logs, and farm animals scattered about.
