I recently purchased an antique butcher block at auction. It is in very good condition, measures 3 1/2 feet wide by 2 1/2 feet deep, 16 inches high, and weighs approximately 450 pounds. It is made of solid maple with 4 original legs and has a stamp referring to the Michigan Block Company Sault Ste. Marie Ontario. The block is circa 1910 and needs cleaning, but the original stamp has worn off with age. Can you help determine its value?

I have an Elgin watch serial number 115221 with an 18ct gold case. It runs but needs cleaning. It has minor wear but no dents or major problems, and the crystal is clear. Should I get it cleaned or leave it as is, and what might it be worth for insurance purposes or sale?
