I just got an old oil painting and I'm wondering if it's worth anything. The painting is in pretty good condition, dusty, but with an incredible frame. The back of the painting is coming off due to age, and there's a signature at the bottom that I can't make out. The frame dimensions are 19" x 33", and the visible painting is 12" x 17". On the back, there's a number that could be 1936 or 1836. What is the value of this painting?

I have a set of Wedgwood Etruna/Barlason embossed Queensware Blue on White china in the Lavender and Creamy pattern, vintage c1930 OTH10553. The set includes dinner plates, salad plates, coffee cups and saucers, small ash trays, and serving plates. It is a complete set, possibly service for 8 or 12, and is in mint condition with no chips or cracks. The set was purchased new by my grandmother in the 60s and hasn't been used since before 1985. What is the value of this set?
