What is the worth of a sideboard/credenza made in Mexico, with 8 drawers (two large on top and two large on bottom, and two small on each side) and two doors in the middle, 60" wide, 42" tall, and 18.5" deep, in good condition with a few nicks from wear over the years? The sideboard is very heavy and brown, and the type of wood is uncertain.

How much is my antique Union Pacific railroad lantern worth? It has a Union Pacific globe and the metal part of the lamp says Union Pacific. The serial number is 1829, and it was made by Adela Lake Company out of Chicago, Illinois. The condition is a 9 out of 10, with no rust, and it runs on kerosene. I have seen a similar lamp sell for $5,300, and mine is in better shape. Why is my appraisal much lower?
