Please tell me about this piece, it is in good condition with a slightly bent finial on top, 7" tall, and 4.5" wide from the base. I also have a creamer and sugar that match it, with the creamer approximately 5" tall and 3" wide at the base, and the sugar having a dent on the front, 3.5" tall, and 3" wide at the base.

I have a lithograph by Norman Rockwell called "Spring Flowers" (#60/200) that I need to get appraised for insurance purposes. It is in good condition, never removed from its frame, and was purchased by my grandmother from Circle Gallery in San Francisco in the early '70s. There is one currently on sale on eBay for $3,285.
