My daughter has a painting she picked up at a yard sale. When she posted it on Facebook, she received offers three times what she was asking. We think the painting might be worth more than the top offer of $150. How do we have it appraised, and if it is worth a lot more, it would be a godsend as she is drowning in medical debt from a life or death operation she had this year?
