My mother acquired a plate in the early 50s. It is mottled cobalt blue with heavy detailed raised gold at the edge and over most of the center. The stamp says F Reiner & Co and perhaps Germany with initials DWZ (Z centered and larger). I can provide pictures. What is the value of this plate?
