I have a small figurine from my Great Aunt who traveled throughout Europe in the 1920s and 1930s. I do not know anything about it, but I would like to know more and possibly sell it to someone who would appreciate it. The figurine appears to be a shepherd girl, in good condition except for a broken pinky finger. There is a blue mark on the bottom that resembles a pair of scissors. What can you tell me about this figurine and where can I sell it?

The item is in very good condition with minimal wear and is estimated to be from the 1950s-1960s. What is the value and any additional information available for this particular design?
