We will be selling a vintage/retro picture frame at an upcoming show and sale in September. The frame can hold 18 pictures of various sizes and shapes, has good glass, some light scuffing on the metal frame, and general wear and tear. The only means of hanging is by punch-outs on the reverse. What is the approximate value of this frame, and what are some selling suggestions?

I have an antique oil painting on velvet of a woman in a white dress and yellow hat sitting in a garden with a gentleman. They are surrounded by beautiful flowers and some white doves. The painting is mounted in an ornate wooden frame that measures 31 inches high x 36 inches wide. The painting measures 24 inches high x 34 inches wide.
