I have a three-piece set consisting of a large bowl on a base and two tall candlesticks, all hand-blown and hand-painted with a gold signature on the bowl. The signature appears to be a first name starting with 'Sa' and ending in 'I', possibly with a prefix like 'el' and a last name of three to five letters. One of the candlesticks is broken, and I'm trying to determine the approximate cost of the set. Can you help identify the set and provide an estimate of its value?

We have four old pocketwatches, all different. We can open two of them, but not the other two. Here's what we know: They are not working. They are not solid gold. The watches are: 1) Hamilton 992B 'Railway Special' on face #P586250, 2) Gueber Silverine inside #5293 with Chopard's Patent Dec 6, 1804 on case #2395293, 3) Le Merfon Swiss Made 17 jewels #0088 inside, and 4) Elgin on face. What are the values of these watches, and how can we determine the value of the Elgin if we can't open it?
