I just purchased a nightstand from Davis Cabinet Company dated 09 63. It is solid wood and needs refinishing. I'm planning to lightly sand and use gel stain. How much does this restoration cost and is this piece considered an antique?

I'm wanting to know the value/appraisal of my antique mantel clock. The clock is a Tiffany & Company-New York, Herschede 69037, Welby-Made in Germany, Westminster and Canterbury Mantel Chime Clock with a pendulum model 10. It has patents from 1919 and is in excellent condition after recent repairs. The clock has more than usual working clock jewels. What is the current market value of this clock?
