I have been given a very old 6 setting Royal Doulton tea set. It has 'D 4586 E' painted on the bottom of the pieces. The tea set is a fairly thick cream china with a bird, mainly pheasants, painted on a rural scene. It is in good condition except the insides of the sugar basin and milk jug are going crazy. Any history and a price would be appreciated. Thank you.
