I have an old item with no markings and dimensions of 12.5x14.5. It looks very old. Do you know anything about it?

I have three Armand Marseille dolls inherited from my mother. One is labeled 390 a.3.m in a purple dress, another is labeled Mabel with either a 910 or 970 in a rust-colored dress, and the third is labeled special 4 in a beat-up beige dress with a green belt. Are they worth anything? Bodies and faces appear to be in good condition.
