I have my grandfather's original patent with drawings for a talking doll issued in 1937. The patent still has the original envelope, stamps, etc. I would like to donate this to the National Museum of Play in Rochester, NY and would like to get a fair appraisal before discussing with them.

I have two very old metal religious bust statues, one of Mary with the number 21 on the back and one of Jesus with number 20. They weigh 4.2 lbs each and are made of a solid material that does not attract magnets. The dimensions are as follows: Mary's base is 7.75" wide, arms 8" wide, and 8" tall; Jesus's base is 7.25" wide, arms 7.75" wide, and 8" tall. The width of both bases is 3" in the widest section. What are these statues made of, and what is their estimated value?
