I am looking to find prices on B. Altman Furniture (dining) of c. 1880-1910. A client of mine needs information on a dining room set consisting of a large table, 12 chairs, a sideboard, and another cabinet with 2 doors, all pieces in oak and heavily carved with bulbous legs. The only mark is B. Altman & Co. and below that, New York. I do not have photos on my computer but will download them from my phone. Can you provide any information or guidance on this?

I have an old school bell or farm bell, approximately 12 inches high by 16 inches in diameter, with a counterweight and chain. The inscription on the rim reads 'NEW COMPOSITION BELL SECURED & MADE BY HALL & ALLEN MANSFIELD O.' and there is a large #4 stamp on the support bracket. My mother received this bell from her aunt who found it in an old creek bed in Kentucky. Can anyone provide information about this bell?
