How valuable is a pink Sierra butter dish purchased in Cold Spring, NY in 1985 for $30, and is in mint condition?

I have several poker chips that were said to be from the Civil War era. They are clay in different colors (red, white, blue, brown, and black) and are 1 & 1/2 inches in diameter. Some are worn and some are slightly used in shape. They are plain with no marks or designs. Is there any way to determine the period they are from?

I'm cleaning out my parent's house after their death - my dad was 101 years old. There are two paintings on their wall with 'Created by Parmelee San Francisco' blue sticker on the back. One has another sticker with a red border and handwriting - #356; 12816 F960(then a letter x or y)35. The other has handwritten '#355 Gill' written in pencil at the top, with the red border sticker saying '355 Parmelee 12 x 16' and F960 (again a letter x or y) 35. Also 19.95 written in pencil. What is the current value of these?
