I have a Kenmore Elite 795.74113.710 refrigerator. The fridge and freezer stopped cooling, despite resetting the system and confirming that the compressor and fans are working correctly. There is water buildup in the drain pan and it appears to be overflowing. What could be causing this issue and what steps should I take to diagnose and potentially fix it?
