Getting a 'Cooling Off' red light on the control panel of my Whirlpool WRF560SMYB04 fridge, with no lights on the fridge or freezer and no response from the temperature buttons. What could be causing this and how can I resolve it?

My freezer wasn't working, the fan wasn't turning on, but after using the test button, the blowers worked, indicating a possible sensor issue. I unplugged the fridge to prevent the compressor from burning out, but when I plugged it back in, there was no power. I've checked the power cord for damage, which was fine. I've also replaced the freezer blower motor and was planning to replace the freezer control thermistor and temperature sensor, but now the power issue is the top concern. What should I do next?

My Whirlpool WDTA50SAHZ0 dishwasher pumps water in and out but does not wash or spray. The dishwasher is a front-load model, approximately 3 years old. I noticed it wasn't dissolving the powder pods and realized there was no water going to the wash arms. It makes no noise when in wash mode, and I tried plunging it out but it still won't wash. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to fix it?
