Good morning! I have a Samsung Dryer DVG45R6100C/A3 that is 23 months old. It is basically functioning properly, display board lights up, dryer turns on and will dry the clothes. The only problem is, you cannot power down with the power button, you must plug and unplug the dryer to put in operation. Also, the dryer is not really being controlled by the control panel. It’s as if it’s just bypassing the panel. Any thoughts? Could it be a sensor malfunction? Although, timed drying should stop at its programmed time. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

The temperature in my Amana fridge (68 F) and freezer is too warm. I have cleaned the rear of the fridge, changed the filter, set the controls to max, and checked the seals. The fridge is at least 10 years old. What could be causing this issue and what should I do next?

My GE refrigerator lost power and when reconnected, it stopped working. The power cord is fine, and the lights inside work. The fridge is 2 years old. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to fix it?

My Maytag MHW6630HWO appliance is not turning on, even though there is power. I have unplugged it for 30 minutes and tried replugging it, but it still won't turn on. It stopped in the middle of a cycle. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to diagnose and potentially fix it?

The lid of my 5-year-old Maytag washer is locked and won't release. I've tried resetting it by unplugging it for 60 seconds and pressing the button for 3 seconds several times. The washer has been making a noise when it spins. What should I do to unlock the lid?
