Hello, I have a JennAir Refrigerator, Model JCD2297KEY, s/n 10189310GG. The ice maker has stopped working. With the wire bail down in the empty ice bin, I heard the mechanism energize the water fill solenoid, but no water filled the ice tray. This cycle was repeated several times. The ice maker stopped filling about 4 days ago. After the mechanism tried to fill the ice tray about 4 times, the fill tube to the ice maker loosened from the connector. It appears that water cannot get into the ice tray. The water is on and dispenses from the door, but it appears that the water does not flow from the rear of the refrigerator to the ice tray. What should I check and how can I fix this issue?
