Hello, we just finished a self-cleaning cycle on our oven and it appears that the middle glass panel of the oven door slipped down a couple of inches. Is this normal or do we need to take the whole door off now to fix it? The oven is gas and about 8 years old. This is the first time this has happened, and we have not tried anything yet, waiting for it to cool off.

My GE Profile dishwasher (model POT 825SSJ2SS, possibly PDT825SSJ2SS) is not turning on, and none of the lights on the control panel are lighting up. I have checked the outlet and it is working. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the problem?

Jenn Air Gas dryer model JDG2000W drum won't spin. The dryer has been out of commission for a week. I want to take it apart to see if it's a belt issue, but access through the top doesn't help. I'm trying to get the bottom off, which seems to be the only other access. Screws are soaking in WD40 right now. Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before I connect you? I have a serial number if that helps.

I have an F71 error code on my 12-year-old Kenmore appliance (model 110.47789701). I replaced the motor control board, but the error persists. Additionally, my door is stuck in the locked position even though it's open, and I can't get the door to stay closed. What could be causing these issues and how can I resolve them?
