Hi Dino, I have a Maytag side by side model number w10670787c that is not making ice. On the tech service sheet on step 44 ice harvesting cycle, I get error code 23. First digit 2 - ice harvesting cycle off. Second digit 3 - faulty switch or motor. Could you please tell me exactly what switch it’s referring to and if it should read open or closed with continuity? If that test is good, I assume I need to move to the motor that turns the tray? How do I test it?
