Hi, I have a Miele Fridge Freezer (KD 3528 Sed) that is not getting very cold, with a hot spot under the lighting on the right side when the door is opened. The light works fine, and the freezer section is keeping items frozen. What could be the issue and how can I address it?

My 1-year-old burners barely light and sometimes only partially. Two burners have big yellow flames, and the other two that barely light have blue flames. Do I have a bad regulator, and how can I fix this issue on my outdoor propane BBQ?

I have cleaned everything, including the pump screen and disassembled down to the lower housing, cleaning all the gunk out. The upper arm is working, but the lower arm is not. I have checked it over and can't find anything really wrong. What should I look for to fix the lower arm issue?

I have a Kenmore Ice Machine that has stopped working. I replaced the filter but it didn't help. The Ice Control Maker flashes twice then stops and repeats constantly. Is this like a furnace where it is indicating what the issue is?
