Hi, I have the fluffy stuff leaking from under my GE Standalone freezer—tons of it. I saw one expert acknowledged this as probably insulation. But I have piles and piles of it, and ants in it, too. Its dry and looks like insulation. I am not sure who or what type of service to hire to fix.

I have a Thermador 24” column side-by-side freezer and fridge. The internal waterline that supplies the ice maker failed. I have a new line but can’t figure out how to remove the back panel, which has a bunch of Torx screws and about a dozen rivets. Am I supposed to drill out the rivets? The model is T30IF800SP/07, and it’s from 2013.

After running the self-clean cycle on my GE Profile oven, the control panel started flashing 'locked' and is making a mechanical noise. I've tried resetting it by turning off the breaker and pressing the reset button while it's off, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I resolve it?

There is a strong oil-like odor after washing a load in my Maytag top-loading washer, which is about 5-6 years old. The odor has been present for about 3-4 months, and despite trying various cleaning methods (affresh pods, vinegar, boiling water, javex), the odor persists. When sliding fingers under the plastic plate where the belt is, it feels greasy, and the grease seems to have spread on the inside of the plastic cover. What could be causing this issue, and how can it be resolved?

I have a monogram GE microwave (model ZE2160SF01) that has lost power. I reset the breaker, but it still doesn't get any power. The issue started about two weeks ago when it lost power after heating a box of frozen food for only four minutes. What should I do?

I have an upright freezer from Frigidaire that is at least 20 years old. The outside light goes out when the freezer is plugged in, and it works again when I unplug it. I'm unsure if this is related to the temperature or if it indicates a problem with the defrost cycle. What could be the issue?
