Hi, Pearl, How does the pricing for this work? I have a 14-year-old Kenmore appliance that started sparking on the stove top gas range even when it was off. The sparking occurred intermittently on all four units. We tried cleaning the igniters with baking soda, but it didn't help. The sparking stopped on its own after some time. What could be the issue, and where is the relay switch located?

My GE Built-In Microwave Oven, model #SCB1001KSS01, is not heating or microwaving. The turntable and fan do not turn on, but the display counts down and works properly after an initial erratic display phase. The door switches appear to be functioning correctly, and the diode reads OL in both directions. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to troubleshoot and fix it?
