How can I clear a C31 code on a Samsung electric range that is about 5 years old? The code appeared after the maid tried to use the self-clean mode, and the door locked. I have already tried turning off the breaker for 3 minutes and starting a self-clean cycle for 30 seconds before canceling it.

My Fisher and Paykel top-loading washer, which is about 14 years old, is stuck mid-cycle with full water and just beeping. I've tried turning it off at the power but it still does the same thing when turned back on. What could be the issue and what should I check?

Where can I find the fuse and/or light bulb location in the upper unit of my Whirlpool RM765 Px882 microwave? The lower unit is OK, but there is no power on the upper unit.

I have a Kitchen Aid gas range, model KGSK901SSS03, purchased in July 2014. The oven has an intermittent issue where pressing the OFF button on the touch screen does not turn off the oven, requiring me to shut it down via the circuit breaker. Is this a design flaw, and what can be done to fix it?

My Kenmore 400 series top-load washer is not draining. Could it be the filter, and how do I check it? I am in a remote location with no experience and the washer is about 10-12 years old.
