I have a GE washer, model wcvh6800j1ww, and I can't get it into diagnostic mode. It's stopping in mid-cycle all the time. I tried the following process: unplug for 30 seconds, plug in, press signal, press delay start, press signal, press delay start. Instead of entering diagnostic mode, the signal and delay start buttons operate normally, and I wind up with '2H' in the display. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?
