The rubber sealing at the bottom of the refrigerator door has a crack with an oily sticky substance leaking out. It's a Whirlpool refrigerator with fridge on top and freezer draw below. The issue was noticed about 3 weeks ago, and I have tried using duct tape, but it falls off due to the oily substance. Additionally, about 12 inches of the seal is missing. Is the refrigerator level with the ground, and how old is it? I bought it in 2015 at Leons.

Why is my arm on the ice maker not going down and it has stopped making ice? The ice maker is 2 years old and I have tried using a hair dryer and manually pushing the arm down, but nothing helps. The ice maker also makes a lot of noise.
