I have a DCS model #BH1-36R-L serial # AKP 106871 and the burners aren't getting hot. I put a new tank on and cleaned all the holes on burners, and I'm still getting a good flame. How old is your DCS appliance? How long has this been going on with your DCS appliance? What have you tried so far? Anything else we should know to help you best?
