My Kenmore oven's self-cleaning lock will not unlock. I have tried resetting the oven by unplugging it for 60 seconds and turning the self-clean on then off, but the door remains locked. The oven is old and is a range. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My GE washer (model GTW330ASK2WW) is not filling or spinning. I have checked the lid switch, motor, capacitor, inlet screen, and pressure valve line. The washer will fill with water, drain, and briefly activate the motor, but it trips off when trying to spin or agitate. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
