I have an error message of 'lock' on my Kenmore oven model PLT059-2, which is about 25 years old. The digital display flashes 'lock' when I hit 'Bake' and then displays 'DOOR'. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

We purchased a new Maytag washer, MVWB835DW, in July 2016. Clothes come out so wrinkled that they won't even smooth out in the dryer. I like to hang dry clothes, but they come out of the washer too wrinkled to do that. Several items have needed to be re-washed because the wrinkles didn't come out the first time. Our old Maytag, which was 20 years old, never had this problem. What can be done to fix this issue?

There is a rubber flap that has torn away and now hangs down when the dishwasher door is closed. We do not see any leakage, but wonder how we repair it. We have a Bosch dishwasher, model shp878wd5n/10, which is less than 2 years old. We just noticed this issue in the last day or so and identified that it appears to have torn off from the bottom of the dishwasher. What should we do to repair it?
