I am cleaning my Kenmore Elite Oven (a slide-in model) for the first time. It has been on for approximately 2 hours, but suddenly stopped cleaning, and I have F 10 Err on the screen, and the alarm is going off. I can stop it temporarily by hitting the "stop" button, but it comes back on within about 5 seconds. I can't find any instructions as to what this error means, what I should do, or how I can stop it. Can you help?

I have a Rennaisance 36" Electric Touch Cooktop. I have intermittent problems with the touch feature. It works perfectly for 1-2 hours, but after a break of 1 hour, the touch controls either do not respond at all or allow me to increase the temperature but immediately revert to level 1. What could be the issue?
