I have a Jenn Air Model S176 electric stove with a coil element. When I turn on the rear left burner, the front burner heats up as well, but the front burner works normally on its own. What could be the problem?

My GE electric dryer is not producing heat. I have changed the heating element and checked the voltage, which shows 125 volts on each leg.
