I am using a Miele MasterChef H4881 BP for roasting. The probe initially indicated a 2.5-hour cooking time, but after 5 minutes, it said the roast was ready at 155°F, which is incorrect. The probe's temperature reading is much higher than the actual temperature of the meat. Is there an issue with the probe or am I using it incorrectly?
