I am working on a Whirlpool top-load washing machine model #WTW555OXW. The customer reports a grinding noise or loud chatter during the agitator or spin cycle, and sometimes the unit stops working with the spin light on. I have visited twice but haven't been able to replicate the noise. What could be causing this issue and how can I diagnose it?
