I bought a KitchenAid refrigerator in August 2016, which was delivered in September 2016. Since then, I have had a repairman out multiple times to fix various issues, including replacing many parts and a whole new door. Recently, the evaporator coil has been freezing, causing ice buildup that prevents the drawer from closing. My warranty has expired, but I am concerned about the multiple issues with a refrigerator that has only been in use for 17 months. Is this common with KitchenAid products, and what are my options for resolving this ongoing problem?
