I bought a new refrigerator in November 2022. It stopped getting cold, and the freezer stopped working, causing all the ice to melt and the food to spoil. The service technician has been out twice to replace parts, but the refrigerator only works for 24 hours before failing again. This has been going on for 4 weeks. I want a new refrigerator or my money back. How long do I have to be without a working appliance? Please help!

My Samsung dryer DVE50R8500V/A3 won't turn on, but it has power. The dryer is about 2 years old, the door switch is working, and this is a new issue. The dryer has power and is pulling 240 volts, but no lights or buttons are working. I recently moved it and replaced a 3-prong cord with a 4-prong cord, which worked briefly before failing again.
