I have a GE refrigerator Model GSS25GMHGCES. The temperature in my refrigerator is set at 34 and sometimes it drops below freezing, freezing my fruits, vegetables, and liquids. The manual does not tell me how to set the temperature, and the door dispenser is not sending ice through. Can you help?

I have a Maytag washer MAH2400AWW S/N 10317019EW. The washer starts to fill with water and then stops after only several seconds. After that, it does nothing, the drum doesn't turn and the water stops filling. I have examined the washer physically and found nothing wrong with it. It appears to be a problem with one of the circuit boards, but I do not know how to determine which board I should try first.
