I cannot find the model number for my auto load sensing Whirlpool washing machine. I recently noticed a bad odor and tried to clean it with a washing machine cleaner, but after following the instructions, the machine started pulsing and nothing lights up on the cycle status. The only way to stop it is to unplug the machine, but it continues to pulse when plugged back in. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

The pulsing sound you're hearing is likely the drain pump trying to operate after the cleaning cycle...

My Samsung RF28HMEDBSR isn't cooling. When I press the 'fridge' button on the upper right corner of the panel, it shows 0 degrees for the freezer and 36 degrees for the refrigerator, then goes to OFF.
