I followed the disassembly diagram for my Jenn-Air Dishwasher (JDB-5), removing the spraying arm, the water distribution assembly, the filter cover, and six screws that supposedly are all that remain, holding the filter assembly in place. I can't see any other screws to remove but now the filter won't lift out of the washer. What am I overlooking?

I have an LFD25860sw refrigerator that is displaying an Er FF error code. The refrigerator section is not staying cold, but the freezer appears to keep things frozen. I have also heard noises that sound like a fan turning and making noise inside. What does this error code mean and what must I do to fix it?

I have an older Kenmore double oven stove. The oven gets too hot and burns food now. The repairman said a part is needed, but I can't reach him to ask if it is a thermostat, element, or something else. Can you identify the part needed, its cost, and if it would cause the oven to burn food? Also, I can't activate the self-cleaning feature now either. What would cure this problem and what is the cost?
